Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed prior to shipment. Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Can I return a personalized item?
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased on the Website may be returned within 14 days. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you).
Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original tags. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.
If the products have deteriorated due to more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper at their expense.
To return your watches please wrap carefully in the original WAYG BOX to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your article please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

How do I return an item?
Returning your item is easy:
- Contact Importime Group Srl to request your return this mail: info@importime.it
- Once your return is approved, pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Make sure the parcel is safely sealed.
- Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please apply this label to the sealed parcel.
- Once your returned products have been received and inspected at our collection center, you will be notified.

Make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. Each order you would like to return has to be packed separately, for a fast and smooth return processing.

Where’s my refund?
Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our collection center. We will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days.
Refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our collection center.
If your payment was made with a gift card and credit card we’ll refund your gift card first. Refunds for the returned items will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.
It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following: If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it. If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance.

Your damaged item will be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded.
Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You will have the ability to choose the reason why you are sending the item back directly in the return-form.
Please apply this label to the sealed parcel. Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our collection center, you will be notified.
Can you provide me a different prepaid return shipping label other than UPS or GLS courier?
Unfortunately, we can only provide a prepaid return shipping label through UPS or GLS courier. If you would like to ship the garment back via another courier other than UPS or GLS courier, then it will be at their own expense. Please provide us the tracking number to ensure it is correctly received on our end at the warehouse upon delivery.
